Sevallure Ltd Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
    • Baby items (including clothing and accessories)
    • Opened or used hair extensions (must be in original, sealed packaging)
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Diamond art paintings once opened
    • Balloons (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If denied (due to use, damage, or missing packaging), we will notify you, and the item can be sent back to you at your expense.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was sent. To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect before it has been used.
    • A photo of the original packaging.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • If approved, we will send a replacement or offer store credit.
  • If an exchange is requested without clear proof of damage before use, we reserve the right to deny the request.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@shopsevallure.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
  3. Ship the Item: Send it back within 7 days of approval.
