Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Baby items (including clothing and accessories)
- Opened or used hair extensions (must be in original, sealed packaging)
- Custom or personalized items
- Diamond art paintings once opened
- Balloons (unless defective upon arrival)
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If denied (due to use, damage, or missing packaging), we will notify you, and the item can be sent back to you at your expense.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was sent. To qualify for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect before it has been used.
- A photo of the original packaging.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- If approved, we will send a replacement or offer store credit.
- If an exchange is requested without clear proof of damage before use, we reserve the right to deny the request.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email info@shopsevallure.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
- Ship the Item: Send it back within 7 days of approval.
